I got a great response so I wanted to post it here as well:

I’m dead serious about what I said. I really believe that more work or “harder work” won’t make you rich.
In fact, I don’t just believe it. I live it. I’m proof.
I’ve continued to make more money each year and I’ve worked less and less all along the way.
I currently work less than I ever have, yet make more than I ever have.

I used to work a “job” for 30-40 hours per week where I made $110k/year. Then I quit and starting making $25K/mo right off the bat from a lot less work.
Now I work a few hours per day MAX. A lot of days I just send an email to my list. That only takes me about 10-20 minutes. Now I make around $50,000 to $80,000 a month. Sometimes I break six figures a month. (That’s what I actually MAKE, not just revenue.)
I’m about to make six figure months my reality every month. I’m not saying this to brag or boast or any silliness like that. I say it because I think it might be interesting to you how I’m going to do it.
I’m NOT going to work more.
I’m gonna leverage myself better than ever before.
How?
Webinars. (Or Training calls. Online workshops. Etc…whatever you want to call it. It’s spending 60-90 minutes teaching people really useful stuff and then offering them an amazing product at the end.)
I have a few friends who are doing around $100,000 to $200,000 PER WEEK that they do these. If I just do one a month I’ll be breaking six figures a month real fast. But instead I’m gonna do 3-4 per month.
Depending on the list size I’ll make around $25,000 per week on the smaller webinars…and up to $100,000 or more on the bigger ones.
Then I’ll take my webinar to cold traffic and scale that to $5,000 to $10,000 per day.
That’s the plan at least. No reason why it shouldn’t work.
Why am I so confident? Because I know the people who are the best webinar creators on the planet. They’re the ones training me on the process.
Guess what? I’m not special. This isn’t something only I can do. Anyone could learn how to put together a solid webinar.
You could use the webinar for your own products and business…or you can write them for clients and charge $10,000 to $15,000 a pop or more.
You could even do what my buddy Joel does and charge $5,000 just for a critique. 1-2 hours of work just to watch someone’s webinar and give them advice.
The other day Joel and I did a zoom call where he helped me with my webinar and offer. What he taught me was AMAZING.
I would’ve happily paid Joel his $5,000 fee…but he’s a good friend of mine so he did it for free…and we recorded the whole thing live while people watched and asked questions.
It was seriously unreal. The section about bonuses alone should be worth over a million bucks to me in the next year. Literally. No exaggeration.
